About KROS & These Terms

KROS — the Kingdom Relationship Operating System — is a digital educational program created and sold by SP Manna Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and users of the KROS program, including all course content, tools, bonus materials, and any future updates we may provide.

By purchasing or accessing KROS, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

The Digital Product

Your purchase provides you with access to the following digital content (collectively, the “Program”):

• The KROS Core Framework — Introduction and 8 modules
• The KROS Practice Tool Stack — 16 printable and editable tools
• The KROS Bonus Vault — 8 supplemental resources
• Any additional content or updates made available to purchasers

All content is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive instructions to access the Program. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.

Payment & Pricing

The purchase price for KROS is displayed at the time of checkout and is subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment information.

By completing your purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout. Your purchase is complete upon successful payment confirmation.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a review under our satisfaction guarantee, you must:

• Contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
• Have accessed and engaged with the program content
• Provide a brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations

Refund requests submitted after 14 days, or from customers who have not engaged with the material, will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

Because KROS is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are otherwise final.

Intellectual Property & License

All content within the KROS Program — including but not limited to text, tools, templates, scripts, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, course materials, branding, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of SP Manna Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program content for your own personal and non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any program content to others
• Reproduce, copy, or repost any materials publicly (including on social media, websites, or platforms)
• Use any content to create or sell a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
• Share login credentials or access with individuals who have not purchased the Program

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

Educational & Pastoral Disclaimer

KROS is a digital educational and coaching resource, written and delivered from a pastoral and coaching posture. It is designed to provide practical, faith-based frameworks for relationship growth.

KROS is not, and is not intended to be, a substitute for:

• Professional mental health counseling or therapy
• Licensed marriage or family therapy (LMFT)
• Medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment
• Legal advice or legal services
• Financial planning or financial advisory services
• Crisis intervention or emergency services

If you or your partner are experiencing mental health challenges, a relationship crisis, or any situation that requires professional support, we strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional help in addition to, or before engaging with, this program.

No Guarantee of Results

We believe deeply in the quality and value of the KROS Program. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or relationship improvements for any individual or couple. Relationship outcomes depend on many personal, relational, and circumstantial factors that are outside our control, including the effort, honesty, and commitment of both individuals.

Any testimonials, case examples, or outcomes referenced in our marketing materials reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not representative of results you should expect. Your results will vary based on your unique circumstances, level of engagement, and application of the material.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Steven & Sabrina Pastrana, SP Manna Ventures LLC and KROS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Program, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on program content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Program Access & Technical Requirements

Access to the KROS Program is provided digitally and requires an internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party platforms used to deliver content.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the Program at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Access to the Program is provided as-is, and we make no warranty that the Program will be error-free or continuously available.

Email Communications

By purchasing KROS, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase (receipts, access instructions, and important program updates). You may also receive educational and promotional emails from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued access to the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
